Remitee, a rapidly growing international payments Fintech,is seeking a Performance Analyst for our Payments Operations team. 🚀
This role is highly strategic, focusing on building metrics and insights to evaluate the efficiency of operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for transforming data into clear and actionable information, optimizing operations, and strengthening interactions with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain performance metrics for operations (e.g., inbound partner rejection rates, payment speed, response times, root causes of delays).
Analyze results and create regular reports to support strategic decision-making.
Identify root causes of rejections or inefficiencies and propose concrete improvements to processes.
Present findings and recommendations to the area leadership and other internal teams.
Collaborate with the commercial team to explain metrics and provide support in partner relationships.
Present insights and performance reports directly to clients during meetings.
Ensure the quality and consistency of data used for analysis.
Candidate’s Qualifications
Previous experience in data analysis or performance roles within operations, payments, or fintech.
Educational background in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
Strong command of data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, advanced Excel, Power BI or similar).
Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively, both verbally and through executive reports.
Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to work autonomously.
